About Me

I grew up in a small town, which became a fair size city, in Connecticut. In my life I have weaved between the arts, music, and science, analytical chemistry, and computers.

My parents are both scientists. My father has 5 patents dealing with sutures. My mom at age 71 joined up with a startup company focused on pharmaceuticals. Over the dinner table my dad loves talking about history, he has an encyclopedic depth in his delivery of information of the wars, history in England, and Ireland. My Mom loves talking about biochemistry at dinner and works through how various drugs effect our metabolisms.

My family and I are in another small town. I hope that the opportunities to grow that I had are at least the same for my children.
